We collect FOUND stuff: love letters, birthday cards, kids' homework,
to-do lists, ticket stubs, poetry on napkins, telephone bills, doodles -
anything that gives a glimpse into someone
else's life. Anything goes...
The voices?
As a child, this was my prayer to God every night. My mother used to chase my father around the living room, drunk on peppermint schnapps swatting him with a five iron. They would smash furniture and scream at each late into the night then make passionate love afterwards, apologetically moaning to one another. It was hard for me to sleep what will all the racket!
This is what I'm thinking most of the time I'm at work.

I'd think this is something that someone would slip under someone else's door in a dorm, with crazy people who run around screaming until early hours of the morning.
