We collect FOUND stuff: love letters, birthday cards, kids' homework,
to-do lists, ticket stubs, poetry on napkins, telephone bills, doodles -
anything that gives a glimpse into someone
else's life. Anything goes...
hahaha, that's great from now on whenever someone annoys me i'm just going to tell them they smell like thier mom...
This reminds me of when I was breast feeding my first born. The baby and I both seemed to smell a little like sour milk most of the time. I could imagine my husband passing me a note in church to let me know what his keen nose had detected.
DO I know you, Alex? I know an Alex P in Lake Geneva. Are you the same Alex P that is my nephew Eric's pal?
To Just Wondering:
Nope. We were just visiting. Though I do have a friend named Eric?
Hmmmmmm, i may be having an existential crisis.
Does your friend Eric have an awesome, super cool, kind, generous, fun loving (have I gone overboard here?)aunt named Kathy? If so then it's bizarro world.
I love Dixon. Used to party down that way when I was in college. That was waaaay back in the early 80s. I was also a republican then. Well, really I was a moderate and still am but the republicans were more moderate in general in those days. Voted for Reagan in my first presidential election.
just wondering........i really enjoy your insightful comments on this find. what exactly in this note prompted you to vote for reagan?
ssmithjw in manchester: The original finder of this item may have found it in my town but he was just visiting there from Dixon, Illinois. I made the Reagan comment because Dixon is the hometown of Ronald Reagan. So there's very little connection (outside of that) between my early republican tendencies and this Find.
