FOUND by Heather in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
I saw this bit of paper lying over the drain by the curb, and hoorah! Not even a boring receipt!

It's strange how all the finds that I've seen on here from Vancouver are drug related...

A fly in the ointment.
Maybe "smells like bud" refers to the odor of marijuana?

Bud clothes are the skunky smelling clothes that have been worn while someone smoked pot. Stinks like bad B.O.

"stoner" is right about pinch.

Bud clothes are what you wear to keep your regular clothes from smelling like weed.
