We collect FOUND stuff: love letters, birthday cards, kids' homework,
to-do lists, ticket stubs, poetry on napkins, telephone bills, doodles -
anything that gives a glimpse into someone
else's life. Anything goes...
this is really heavy for a playground.
Maybe this world is going to be ruined because people use terms like "Holla".

No, "finish" is a slang way of signing off. like, see ya, or something...only cooler.
and i don't think a kid wrote it...anyone could've dropped it by/on the playground.
