Electric Portrait
FOUND by Treplovski in Lawrence, KS
Tire tracks all across your back, I can see you've had your fun! Found this amazingly deteriorated studio portrait on a street near my apartment. No info on the back. No idea how much time it'd spent in Nature's Photoshop but I was struck by the artful decay of the whole image. It's four females, that much I'm sure of. Mom and three daughters? Four sisters? I can visualize this on the cover of a true-crime paperback. THE BABY-SITTER MURDERS.
not just another mouth in the lipstick vogue
Speaking of blurry, the Babysitters' Club regretted their decision to have the junior members take the annual photograph.

Hahahah

Man. This screams nineties. Politically-correct nineties. Like. Saved By the Bell. Or Boy Meets World.

I bet the one in red is Topanga.

stampy in the stampede
the one on the bottom right looks heaps like Gina Torres (from Angel & Firefly).

The girl in blue has her eyes closed, perhaps that's why the photo was discarded.

During the last Ice Age, Tammy, Heather, Chante, and Blair were caught off-guard while watching their favorite episode of 90210. Damn It. Why didn't they grab their bags of Flaming Cheetos? Why?

Talk about your "magical day"! This photo lets you literally see the magic pixie dust in the air as the girls (known locally as "The Four Conjoined Hotties") posed for their last formal portrait before graduation.

Luckily they had located 4 different universities within a short city bus ride of each other so that they could each have their own experience at higher education without having to go through that long-promised operation to separate them from each other's hips.

I like the descriptor "Nature's Photoshop".

Geek NOT in my mom's basement
This photo was taken immediately after they announced the winner of the reality show/talent show/political nomination. The guy who loaded the confetti gun went a little overboard.

@Geek--I thought it looked like they just got through having a massive pillow fight.

I could repair most of this in Photoshop - but why would I?

Looks like a demo shot for a girl band, but the one in the red top looks like she's doing a gymnast athlete pose of some sort...

This looks like a chunk of granite. Who knew you could get your color portrait carved out of a chunk of blue granite?

The one in red is totally sucking it in. Doesn't she know that only works when just your top half is in the shot? duh.

I am in awe. Truly. Awe.
(Woot! Librarian post mentioning ceramic cats! chug chug, shot of cuervo gold..)

That has to be one of the BEST Finder's Blurbs EVER. Artful decay.. nature's photoshop.. "Electric Portrait" with a quote from Electric Ladyland. Seriousy, could it GET any better?

Treplovski in Lawrence, KS, I bow to your awesomeness.

Anita didn't know when she married him that Jack had four daughters. She had never taken care of kids. He kept insisting she should get her picture taken with her new daughters. Here she is with Hannah, Rosa, and Lila. She was sucking it in. However, at the moment when the picture was taken—suddenly, the camera went all funny. The photographer suspected aliens as the cause. However, that was also his explanation for the disappearance of his wife's ceramic cats.

I'm strongly reminded of the scene in "The African Queen" where they are attacked by midges or mosquitoes or whatever it was. Actually though, the yellow stuff looks like floral debris of some sort. Were they instead attacked by Balinese monks?

Hmmm
Stampy, how odd - the first thing I thought was that the girl on the far left looked like Jewel Staite (Kaylee from Firefly/Serenity). Second from right looks a bit like Summer Glau (River), but that would leave the girl on the far right as Morena B--- (I can never spell her last name - Inara), and I'm just not seeing that at all.

I like this Finder's blurb and the duck one, but what about this one?
