This looks like something that was stuck to an unsuspecting person's back.
It sort of looks like a girl's handwriting. I'm in highschool, and girls do that to guys all the time.
Since this was found at a high school, the spelling is suspect. I think it was supposed to say "I lick men." Makes more sense, I think.
