We collect FOUND stuff: love letters, birthday cards, kids' homework,
to-do lists, ticket stubs, poetry on napkins, telephone bills, doodles -
anything that gives a glimpse into someone
else's life. Anything goes...

OMY... look at the disapproving look on the face of the chick in blue.
Truth is where you Find it.
... and my anal virginity.
Tell you what, we coulda had a good life together in SF! Fuckin' real good life! Had us a place of our own. But you didn't want it, Ennis! So what we got now is San Francisco! Everything's built on that! That's all we got, boy, fuckin' all. So I hope you know that, even if you don't never know the rest! You count the damn few times we have been together in nearly twenty years and you measure the short fucking leash you keep me on - and then you ask me about Mexico and tell me you'll kill me for needing somethin' I don't hardly never get. You have no idea how bad it gets! I'm not you... I can't make it on a coupla foogy bath house fucks once or twice a year! You are too much for me Ennis, you sonofawhoreson bitch! I wish I knew how to quit you.
While his heart may have been left in San Francisco, his stylebook was left in a ditch somewhere on the outskirts of Boise! It takes a bold man to go for the horizontal/vertical/horizontal stripe combination..but even HE should have realized that the high top reebok / man-sandal union was crossing the line too far.
Okay, now I am really confused. When I was little and that song came on the radio, riding around in the front seat of the wood-panneled station wagon with my Moms, I thought the words to that song were "I left my heart at Sam Clam's Disco." It was only in my late teens that someone had the cojones to correct me as I sung it aloud... Now, there's a photo find that substantiates the fact that there may have actually been a Sam Clam's Disco?!?
ummm..nice legs?
You know, there is that nice bar out in the Castro District where dancing lessons are taught. These two guys look like they are practicing their two-step tango.
Don't believe it.
This is just another urban legend. Right up there with people waking up in a motel bathtub of ice after losing their kidneys to some kind of medical mafia.
LOL (heartily!), at Brain Problem Situation in the Head's comment! I LOVE mis-heard song lyrics. One of my faves was when my child- then 3 or so, loved that Jewel song (am I standing still? something like that) but would sing, "leave the ducks in the sky!" rather than beneath the darkened sky or whatever it was. (oh. sorry. we're not supposed to turn Finds into our own personal anecdotes, are we?)
I have BEEN to Sam Clam's Disco! That place fawkin' ROCKS!!
(for those of you who might wander in and not already know, click on "magnify" to see what's on the other side of this Find.)
The way they're drawn, both hearts look broken.
@Off to see the Wizzard... Glad you liked it. Perhaps you'd enjoy another of my mis-quotes. "I can see clearly now, the rain has gone... I can see no popcicles in my way..."
I left my adrenal gland in Sheboygan. If found, please call 1-800-NeedORgan.
I hope you left those shorts there too.
I love photo finds! What year was this? 1980s?
.."hey little mama lemme light your chemicals, mama I'm so hard to handle now. let's around.." (my kid's)
.."undercover angel. midnight tennessee.." (mine when I was a kid.)
