We collect FOUND stuff: love letters, birthday cards, kids' homework,
to-do lists, ticket stubs, poetry on napkins, telephone bills, doodles -
anything that gives a glimpse into someone
else's life. Anything goes...
At first I read #3 as "Spit up". Well, from the skies, that might be an effective deterrent; I know it would be for me!!
Quite advanced spies... it doesn't end "signed..." And not government agents, seeing as Tanya didn't find it on the photocopier or on the back seat of a taxi. We've had our warning - we must watch the skies!
My daughter used to write out plans like these when she was 6 or 7 - today she is an excellent event planner. Some skills are evident very early.
Sounds like CSIS (Canada's "CIA Knockoff") is at it again.
Ah, #4 is vital to the plan, if we stopped at #3, all would be lost!
These instructions are apropos for the crime and intrigue going on in my workplace.
dammit.. our plans are out there.. CSIS has to start planning all over again, and that was such an effective plan. sigh. foiled by foundmagazine.

The finder mentions "espionage and counter-espionage"-- does that mean that there's another list on the reverse?
Are they implanting themselves inside of us?
