We collect FOUND stuff: love letters, birthday cards, kids' homework,
to-do lists, ticket stubs, poetry on napkins, telephone bills, doodles -
anything that gives a glimpse into someone
else's life. Anything goes...
I think it's kinda sweet.
i'm in fantasy fiction class, and we have one word to describe this.
GAY
i think it is lovely. i wish more people did stuff like that. sometimes i make notes with good luck sayings and such and leave them places for people to find them. it brings a little joy to someones day.
I also think this is a great idea! It would be nice if more people left inspiring or complementing or just nice notes for people to find. It's a nice reminder...
Fanficfan is retarded.
fanficfan -- the term "gay" is not a synonym for "stupid" and should not be used to belittle
tom -- the term "retarded" is not a synonym for "stupid" and should not be used to belittle
I don't care what it is... Happy Notes (with or without glitter!), Bible Babble, or a Chinese Take-out Menu - DON'T TOUCH MY CAR!!!
I would much rather have this left on my car's windshield than the tracts of HeyZeus saving my soul shit.
That is cool.
I wish somebody would leave something like that on my car. I would be delighted.
wait.
is that a hooka?
me in here--I'll second that, and also add that I am a little in love with you for writing it. Thanks.
this is so cool. all of these are.
i have a whole box of postcards i had wanted to send into postsecrets but never got around to it. this weekend, im going to hide them all around my town, i hope someone who knows about FOUND finds them. how cool would it be to see something of mine up here?
Rachel in San Jose: Yeah, you kinda gotta squint, but I thinks it's a ballerina in a red tutu and champaign fairy wings. I'm not sure what's arranged at her feet.
I kinda wonder if this person was closer in age to 11, 35 or 84.
I know this is a thin connection, but has anyone lived in a place where they celebrate May Day? You know, May poles and leaving little paper baskets of flowers on doorknobs? Just curious.
It is a very Pagan message.. or New Age to say the least. Good eye on the May Day connection, it really makes sence. As an Occultist I can see a very strong connection.. Also if you do some research into Astral Travel you will notice that it makes reference to that aswell.
The fairy is standing in a magic circle, which connects with the whole occult/pagan/new age thing.
I like the idea of hiding your postcards all around the city. Even though some people will probably find them idiotic, I'm going to do the same. I think i'll put them in the library (people seem to understand me there).
". I thought I threw it away, but I found it the other day in the midst of my packing-to-move frenzy."
is it weird that they left it...or weird that you can't get rid of it...
*** I think it is exquisite ***
This is the truest find ever. The best. THE BEST!!
ALWAYS IMAGINE, AND ALWAYS CHERISH YOUR ABILITY TO DO SO! DO NOT FORGET THIS!
I think I will go and write that on a five dollar bill.(See Sept. 2, 2007)
If someone left something like that on my car, I'd probably be so happy I'd just burst into tears.
Oh, wow.
Very interesting font. I wonder where they got it.
The butterflies almost look like stickers.
Did this person draw all the pictures?

very, very cool. i wish i found cool stuff like that. *sigh* i love it though...very hippie and glittery. which is AWESOME.
leave that kinda stupid crap on my car & I will find the nearest dumpster for it because that is where that new age nonsense goes
I still love this find! I don't remember the odd little square with a "00" above "13" in the little square between mean and glitter, though. What the heck is that? I decided to copy and paste it to see if it's still there. (I mean glitter and everything)
Now I have to decide which all-time favorite find to eliminate so I can put this one in.
It is worth it to leave quotes and sayings around for someone to find. Even though there are a lot of people out there who think it is stupid, and throw it away. It might be something that someone keeps in their hearts for many years.
Rachel in San Jose,
Bahahaha. I don't care what anyone says...that IS a hookah. I was thinking the very same thing.
..Butterflies and zebras
And moonbeams and fairy tales
Thats all she ever thinks about
Riding with the wind.
