We collect FOUND stuff: love letters, birthday cards, kids' homework,
to-do lists, ticket stubs, poetry on napkins, telephone bills, doodles -
anything that gives a glimpse into someone
else's life. Anything goes...
Did you like reading it?
She just said it made her day. Read between the line. I liked reading it to--the yellow paper, a nice touch. I'm smiling without a distinct reason, ahhh.
It's weird this made me smile too!!
aww, i'm glad people are thinking of me
I wish there was stuff like this lying around everywhere, sweet and simple.
I liked it a lot! :)
this didn't make me smile at all - this reminds me of something my mum would write on a post-it, stick it to an angry email a teacher sent to her, or a note she found that would have falled out of my book, and put it on the bench so in the morning when i grabbed my lunch we both knew she knew. and then when i'd come home from school, i'd be grounded.
You guys DO realize that this was a Post it note that someone stuck to something that required reading, don't you? Why would it make you smile?
Well.
'Jules' and 'I' suck.
Way to go guys.
I've seen this before. It is one of those things...junk mail...that someone sends to your house on a fake newspaper ad for losing weight, or some great stock or something. There's never a return address or anything and stupid people (allegedly) spend time wondering who sent it to them.
um, does anyone know what I'm talking about?
it isn't even handwritten...it is a computerized 'handwritten' font....Jeez, I probably come off like a nut...
I know what you're talking about--I've gotten them, too. When you said that and I recognized it, a little bit of my soul died.
I think that alone it stands as greatness. It doesn't have to be attached to anything. I'm going to start writing that on post-its and just leave them in random places. Because one thing my job has plenty of is post-its, that and free time.
Its cool how something so simple can make you think of what your missing in life QQ.
I don't think it's a computer font, it's not uniform enough.
It's beautiful...made me smile.
You can't say it's a computer handwritten font...I think you probably don't know much about typography...If you look at the lowercase h in thought, its tail is much shorter than the one in this. In order for it to be a computerized font, the h would have to be the same.
Look at the letters 'i' and 't' in this note and you'll see that this is handwritten.
I've had post-it notes like this stuck on books people sometimes wanted me to read.
You are retarded.
T, you are exactly right, I've gotten those post-it-notes in the mail order scam before. Computer font.
I think I will plant a sticky note like this somewhere. I love it.
I think its sad. I picture it being attached to something that reveals one person cheating on another... to me, this post it is just bad news. if i recieved a packet of papers with "i thought you might like to read this" on it id be weary.
No, a better note to leave in public would say "DO NOT READ THIS!"
there is no way that is computer font--look at the "h"s. They are all slightly different. And the "t"s are crossed differently.
I've bought a stack of post-its and have begun to write this very message and sticking it to various places. I would also like to thank C in Alburquerque because I'm using it and placing it and loving it!
I recognize this post-it. I have received mail with this post-it attached (on several occasions). It is not hand written, it's made to look that way. Do you think that people who say that they have gotten this in the mail attached to some piece of crap are lying? They can't make realistic looking handwriting with computers, that's impossible!
