It's All Yours

I found this on someone's front lawn today. At first I thought it said, "It's all you," and then I read more and realized that it must have been some sort of sign a child made for a free giveaway of unwanted stuff...There is an elementary school across the street. I like the "No Momey" part.

We collect FOUND stuff: love letters, birthday cards, kids' homework,
to-do lists, ticket stubs, poetry on napkins, telephone bills, doodles -
anything that gives a glimpse into someone
else's life. Anything goes...
Maybe it's all that was left of a very generous lemonade stand?
It's to bright and happy and festive!
I especially like the picture of the house on it- it reminds me of that Craigslist thing a few months back when some disgruntled (evicted) tenants put an ad on Criaigslist, giving the address of their (former) residence, stating that the place was slated for demolition, so come one, come all, and salvage whatever you want.. free!
And people did.. right down to the doors, sinks, toilets... stripped it!
Zero dollars and zero cents! I wonder what the freebie was?
