Little kid making a list of job ideas?
I love this! All little kids are so honest, but it is sad that this kid is ALREADY trying to find ways to make a buck in this country.

I don't think this is a kids to do list. More like a young adult. "Clean sneaker", that is more of a high school or college kid's doing.
"Talk to ____"?
Are they going to hire him to clean sneakers? Something else?

Well, whatever the kid is up to, it sounds like they plan on it being a lucrative endeavor, and they probably want clean sneakers so their customers don't think they run a shabby biz!
2.) shave paint off toy cars.
can't you just see a kid slathering his matchbox collection with Gilette Foamy or Edge Gel and trying to shave the cars?
There's no number one item under the phone category. I wonder why.
