Not a Party Building

Some undergrads have moved in and the landlord has not been happy with their smoking. Every time I see them in the hallway, I like to remind them that this is NOT a "party building."

We collect FOUND stuff: love letters, birthday cards, kids' homework,
to-do lists, ticket stubs, poetry on napkins, telephone bills, doodles -
anything that gives a glimpse into someone
else's life. Anything goes...
haha I've been the person that notes like that were written to. Only, it was done in chalk on the sidewalk my our neighbor that hates us! lol
haha, I live in a very small town with 4 of my friends who frequently get pulled over coming to and from our house. recently upon being pulled over and asked where she was going, a cop said to my friend "ohh, you're going to that party house, huh?"
it's a little mortifying, but hilarious at the same time!
I wish that MY landlord would post a note like this to the people in my building who play loud music until all hours of the night.
It's common decency to show your neighbors a little respect.
But that's alright, I've taken matters into my own hands. Now I file a noise complaint with the police.
The lady who lives above me is always leaving crazy notes all over the front door in my building. She particularly feels sensitive about the slipping hazards of plastic newspaper bags on stairs. I always tear them down and then listen to her swear in the hallway about me!
This is very funny to me because my landlord's name is Mary Lou and whe just hung up signs around the apt's saying "Clean up your butts after yourself!"
At least she wrote a note, our nasty neighbor puts dog poop on our door mat. Maybe I should put a note on her door that says "this isnt a poop house"
JennyPony, we have a saying in Spanish that you should share with your nasty neighbour the next time she puts excrement on your mat: "A person can only give what they have an abundance of." Obviously we know what she's full of, don't we?
This house is getting lots of cracks in it. this is not going to continue. this isn't a crack house.

Maybe Mary Lou's feelings were hurt because nobody thought to invite her?
