On a Different Track

Walking across the Baldwin Bridge in Old Saybrook one windy day, I found this piece of a card amongst the roadside litter. I hope Michelle got over it, wherever she is.

Doesn't the closing "one life, one love" seem at odds with the rest of the note we can see?
Maybe the "one love" is someone else, and whoever shes righting the note to is just an affair.
My guess is that maybe she still loves the guy, even though they're always on different tracks. Wants to make it work. Therefore "One life, One love".
But whoever it was addressed to tore it up. End of story. *sigh*
I like the little heart at the end of Michelle's signature.
(Just Googled the Baldwin Bridge and it looks like the location for the Hippo Boat!)
Sounds like a Bob Marley quote...
Maybe the person Michelle is writing to is not her "one love". Perhaps that is what she was trying to get across in her note.
