What does the writing say on the left hand?
It says "I'm the best mom" on the right hand.
I'm intrigued by the headgear...Mennonite Mom in a prayer cap? 1920's cloche hat? Or does Mom have Deppity Dawg ears? (No, I'm pretty sure those aren't her ears...pretty sure.) Wombles have long droopy ears...maybe she's a Womble!
I wonder if the person who made this Super-mom is a child or a teen...and if the "I'm great, the best mom in the world" is the self-talk they keep hearing from Mom. If a teen, there could be some subtle satire going on here.

it's self talk- the mum made the card to look like it was made by a kid- part of the affirmations in the book. (which is a *wonderful* book if a bit...sugary)
Aside from the puppy-hat, mum is wearing an american-apparel unitard and some nice rainbows... happy mother's day! I'M GRAET! UR WUNDERFOOL!

Damn. My first math-spam question. I've been very lucky with my spam questions but I'm sure Found knows I just turned in my very last math final and I'm just itching to do more division.
As a teacher of young children, I am quite certain that is hair and a baseball cap on top. This is precious...someone loves Mom very much. My girls are 11 and 14, and I have saved every single love note like this that they ever wrote me.
Melanie, I see it now. I was interpreting the "peak" of the cap as a bow. Seeing as how mobcaps went out in about 1890, all is now revealed...
