We collect FOUND stuff: love letters, birthday cards, kids' homework,
to-do lists, ticket stubs, poetry on napkins, telephone bills, doodles -
anything that gives a glimpse into someone
else's life. Anything goes...
and such??....
I thought about calling, but I love the game Balderdash, which violates all three rules.
Oh, and I'm not female, but I figured that part might be negotiable.
I love how half of the information is missing because the writer is still uncomfortable with their own curiosity! They leave out that the writer is Also a SWF, and what they are looking for is a possible sexual partner for exploring their curiosity about the idea of being bi/lesbian. I should think that such a "curious journey" would include quite a few games of one type or another. She can't even bring herself to say "If you're going to lie to me, I'm not interested." (Lie isn't a "nice" word so she says "no fibbers." But fib is a child's word, dear...says a lot about your own mindset.)
The whole note is rather full of mind-play, really, since a lot is left between the lines and is open to interpretation.
but you know what they say "the brain is the largest sexual organ in the body"
so that means;
mind play = foreplay.
therefore;
...
ummm, where was I going with this? ...
With so many adult sites on the 'net, I'm suprised anyone would resort to cut up index cards for making personal ads.
Until this note hit Found, it didn't get much exposure at all.
but...games are the fun part.
you lifted a concrete parking barrier all by yourself? just to get what might be paper from under it? that is dedication to finding. i hope no hernias were involved in the discovery of this find.
Thought it said no games, mind play or frisbees. No frisbee's definitely a deal breaker for me.
Baby Basil.. might just as easily have been a mbf who wrote the "personal ad."
I worked in an "adult video store" for over 3 years. We had a board in the video room where you could post ads like this one. I should have took some of those for Found as they were typically much more interesting.
At first I thought it said "Seeking sluT" and thought 'my, they certainly get to the point don't they?'
i love the "bi curious" journey as an afterthought.
SWF?
I read that as 'for friendship + suck' first of all...oops!
What's the difference between games and mind play?
@Cycling in Heaven games involve props, such as costumes and whips... for mind play all you need is a brain or not as the case may be.
Must be into Journey ... how kinky -
"Just a small town girl Livin' in a lonely world/ She took the midnight train goin' anywhere..."
also not into Loverboy, Styx, Kansas or Yes....
I don't get the "bi/curious" idea. If she's female and is curious about being with another female, isn't that "gay curious"?
Pick a team, Yronne, and quit playing games.
Who wants to bet that the name isn't Yronne? Yeah, I think the finder misinterpreted the handwriting; the r was probably a rushed v. Logic, people! It's Yvonne.
wull boy golly, alexi, i shore am glad yore smarterer than us guys cuz no one hear wood ever a none it iffen you didn't tell us all.
@Night in Gale: maybe Yvonne wants to add men into the equation once the journey kicks off...
I think Yronne is a very pretty name, also sort of encouraging. I'd like to be the multiplication symbol in her equation.
da doo yronne ronne ronne da doo yronne ronne...
yellow springs is right down the highway from where i live!
I don't think that's a name. It says "for bi-curious Journey."
I live in nearby Dayton, and Yellow Springs is the small "artsy/gay-friendly" community about a half-hour's drive east. To give you an idea of what the town is like, I bought my ex-bong at the Import House head shop and saw "Twilight of the Samurai" (great movie!) at the Little Art Theatre there. Just for your edification. Oh, and Coretta Scott King attended Antioch University there and Mumya Abu Jamal was a commencement speaker a few years back.
Regarding the note: it's obviously a girl who wrote it. But she didn't need to: girls get Sapphic love easier than guys do. Which might explain lesbo-centric homophobia, a la "they're getting all the good, cutesy-writing pussy. Do you realize that I haven't been with a girl who dots her i's with hearts in 2 years?!"
@ yronne, yer gone:
...and yet everyone keeps referring to her as "Yronne." Use your big boy words next time, and we'll discuss things.
