We collect FOUND stuff: love letters, birthday cards, kids' homework,
to-do lists, ticket stubs, poetry on napkins, telephone bills, doodles -
anything that gives a glimpse into someone
else's life. Anything goes...
Stewart Smalley? Is that you?
Wonder if Mom say the Dad's car in the parking lot and left the present?
This gives me hope and faith in humanity.
I think they were talking to the car.
lol at Flargy.
Reminds me of the opening scene of "Cactus Flower" where the young man is putting daisies on the windscreens of all the cars parked on his street.
The world needs more parking-lot notes like this one.
only in a found/postsecret world...
oh, was that jaded?
The obviously had parked properly and were not driving a "piece of shit"...
I thought there was no way to make fun of this one, but flargy made my day.
Very touching, and nice.
Happy Holidays!
This is just plain nice....
..and I don't know what to do.
I will never
be
with
you.
...in bed!
Might want to be careful about leaving such notes on just anyone's car. Sure, these recipients were probably worthy of the sentiment. But, what if they'd actually been axe murdering rapists? You sure you want to be sending encouragement and notes of affirmation to axe murdering rapists?
That darned Cory just won't give up stalking Lin, will he?
I love receiving (and especially giving) stuff like that. It makes my day!
I am happy to see this note doesn't have the word DumbAss on it.
@ Kernit: HAHAHA. In bed!!
Seriously, a very nice act (practicing random acts of kindness is my t hing)
Beauty is as Beauty does.
I love this note.
I think this was directed to the index card it was written on...
James Blunt, you're beautiful. Keep dreaming. It could happen.
Sweet find. Thanks, Rebecca.
anyone notice the double period? is it ... or just . ? one of my pet peeves. haha. intruiging...
Transexual talking to god?
This reminds me of a Valentines day, when I was going through a deep depression ... I was sitting in a bus trying to stop crying, and a guy next to me gave me a paper flower he made with one sheet of a book he had. He said something like "There will be always something for you in life" and then he stepped out of the bus.
He made my day....after 5 years I still have that paper flower and very time I feel blue I see it and remember that there's something good for me out there.
Happy Holidays!
