FOUND by Rain Havoc
This was found in the drawer of an old, battered desk that was discarded on the side of the road. Evidently, the former owner used to have a lot of trouble with people stealing his office supplies.

On the contrary, I believe this was initially someone writing down a 1-900 number (almost always are these numbers of an unsavory nature, if you get me) and someone else found the paper and wanted the writer to know they had found out about their dirty little secret.
This is great!! Some employee probably got in big trouble.
