Sounds like notes someone made after having a speech critiqued or watching themselves on camera. I remember having to do that in high school Public Speaking classes.

at first i thought it was a list about annoying attributes her boyfriend has, but you're right, she is critiquing herself.

A speech critique doesn't run to how you eat your food...unless of course it's an after-dinner speech....
I love "and whatnot". Another phrase to avoid, or was the criticism so copious she didn't have room or patience for it all?

I hate when I get on a "Ya know?" kick. It's usually when I'm trying to work something out with my girlfriend, which is one time when I really don't need that kind of meaningless phrase popping up like a hiccup every 15 seconds.

who lives in a pineapple, under the sea?
quit saying "dude"
quit rolling eyes
For the love of God, quit saying "like" every other word.
quit textmessaging at the table.

.."whatever"
