Little Friend

I was thinking the same thing about the moccasins. They look hella-comfy!
I clicked on this one because I thought this woman looked a bit like Vivienne Westwood, the fashion designer.In an early animal-loving, slipper-wearing phase.
It looks like a bird.

Oh, I totally see the bird now; the first time I saw this I was for sure that 'the little friend' was a lizard.
She looks like my Grandmother when she was younger.
A bird! It's the first thing I noticed when I clicked on the picture but I didn't know it was a bird. I thought it was a stuffed toy or something.
The first thing I thought, was that it looked like my grandmother as well.
I really love this photo. A lot.
Before I registered the bird, the title made me think "How very Lolita." But the bird makes the difference. Mommy's just afraid to move in case Chirpy takes wing.

My first reaction to this photo was, this woman looks so cool- a hipster before her time. Then, I noticed the shoes. Then, the bird. Then, the fact that is was found in Cupertino- cool! I grew up in Cupertino!
Cool photo. For a second there, I thought the bird looked like one of those Chinese finger torture things. Or an uncooked jumbo shrimp.
