We collect FOUND stuff: love letters, birthday cards, kids' homework,
to-do lists, ticket stubs, poetry on napkins, telephone bills, doodles -
anything that gives a glimpse into someone
else's life. Anything goes...
i feel awful for bobby and helen. this sort of thing never ends well...
i thought someday my love would become as big as her's. it never did, but i don't want to give up someone who loves me so much.
Sometimes I worry that I love him more than he loves me.
This was the problem in my last (4-day) "relationship", so it clearly rarely ends well. I think it is now occuring in one of my best friend's relationship...
I think the note was written by Helen, in the hopes that Bobby would disagree. Either way, this relationship is doomed.

I was in the exact situation, but I've learned to shrink my love down to his size. His loss.
