We collect FOUND stuff: love letters, birthday cards, kids' homework,
to-do lists, ticket stubs, poetry on napkins, telephone bills, doodles -
anything that gives a glimpse into someone
else's life. Anything goes...
I wish you'd submitted one of the abnormal ones.
I like that they are playing mock instruments. I wish I had a mini dress like the one the mom is wearing.
I wish my family were this cool...
I wish I could wear a mini dress!
That's Ottawa for you.
I love it.
Slides? That guy /does/ look like my teacher... and he's in charge of the conceptual design art class... and that looks like a project they did once. @_@. If it wasn't from Canada I'd be sure it's him. :D He has more slides than minutes in his life.
Oh man I miss the 70s.
Reminds me of the intro to the Cosby Show.
WTF!! Looks like all the men in this family have a little oral fixation.
who the hell feeds their kids drugs at such an early age?
Goes to show you that everything did go back in the 70's. I'm amazed at how we survived the 70's. Did we ?
This picture reminds me of something, but I can't quite put a finger on it.. maybe an old episode of Outer Limits or something. Odd.
It all looks so carefully staged.. except for the young girl being effectively beheaded by the boy and his.. umm.. trumpet (the Dad's on trombone, right?).
I love the little guy, looking up at nothing in particular. (or maybe he's appreciating Dad's shiny brass trombone.)
Where are they now?
That's so bizarre! I thought my family was weird.
Genius!
Matt's comment is the funniest!
what, why, and were the 70's really that bad!?
This could be at the MoMA. You need to add this to a collage.
I agree. This is definitely MoMA material.
Amazing... I think this family and Sid and Marty Krofft all had the same drug dealer...
CH in Jax's comment is the stupidest!
Looks like something very Sandy Skoglund inspired. She does some cool surreal stuff like that, maybe somebody's old art project?

I hate it when people say: "My lover."
You may be interested to know that there is a sequel.
Found on the Internet.

Hugo, that's amazing.
I love this.
And the fact that there is a sequal is even more amazing.
