The Perfect Note
FOUND by Jason Bitner in Chicago, Illinois
I found this crumpled and stuffed into a chainlink fence; it's what all other notes should aspire to be.

Rough draft or bad love? We'll never know! Jeezus! Who's gonna hire a private eye?

Hmm...this one makes me ponder. Was someone having a conversation with someone else, and had to write their answers down instead of being able to speak them? So, they're all separate thoughts? Or is it supposed to be all read together as one big declaration of unending wuv? I ponder...

Or maybe it's a note between a couple and one of them is deaf so they had to write down the I love you and then the other person made gestures like "really? me?" and the other person wrote "yes" each time and then at the third yes, they kissed and went to get some ice cream.

But who crumpled it up & threw it away? Surely such a "Perfect Note" should be treasured. Maybe it's a sad case of unrequited love. *sigh* I hope not though.

i like the ice cream story, amy but couldn't the deaf girl read lips? maybe they were in a very loud place and they left that place to get some ice cream.

bumbling around the internet in a drunken stupor
does anyone else notice the "page 1" upside down @ the top? and what of the blue pen scribbles? maybe the person writing in blue was the person who was loved.

I like how none of the three Ys in Yes are alike. Two and three almost are, but each is unique. (and all three of those are completely different from the cursive Y in you.)

I wish I could decipher the blue writing. "(something) 2 us"? All I have at my disposal at present is Paint. Useless

see the blue dot after the blue writing? i think they were in a public place and the person loved was still writing when the other person took it and wrote i love you. maybe the blue writing was for work and it had to be ripped out... but why crumble it?
