i assume this is the "he hurt me so i'll get him back" preperation letter. its a planned out accusation of crime, as a criminal justice attourney this is what slows down the system...interesting to see in real life.

Well, if the evidence is HERE and the witnesses are THERE.. I'm just not sure this case is on solid ground.

I wonder what this guy did to provoke the other guy's attack. I also wonder if this was a note, left for a detective, or the person's reference notes for a telephone conversation.

Oh, and one other thing: Rain Havoc is quite possibly the coolest name. EVER.

Oscar in the garbage can
clearly written by a street woman who was attacked by a street man. She then decked the b&stard and dragged his ass to the police station where she left him on the stoop with this note taped to his forehead. Good on her!
