Lottery
FOUND by Andrew Beeton in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
This note is written on the back of a Lotto results print out. I found it shoved half-way through my mailbox. Living kitty-corner to a mental health institute, I occasionally receive these kinds of things.

Jonathan in England
I know someone with exactly this handwriting. Lovely girl. But she lives in the north of England. I don't think she can ever have been in an institution in Toronto! I can imagine her saying this though (even if she hadn't won the lottery that day).
