We collect FOUND stuff: love letters, birthday cards, kids' homework,
to-do lists, ticket stubs, poetry on napkins, telephone bills, doodles -
anything that gives a glimpse into someone
else's life. Anything goes...
This is one of my absolute favorites. The strange snarling expression on the two Asian girls' faces: are they unhappy to be in this photo or do they not know how to smile? The bizarre Japanese-style cartoon doody and the baby in the middle crying "Noooo..." make for a veritable cornucopia of Freudian intrigue. Is the intent to show that these two are "shitheads"? We may well never know.
That is awesome, I love it!
I especially enjoy the poo bling-bling around their necks.
Why is there a sink plunger being used to shove a poop down the loo? If I had poop in those colours, I think I would be heading to the nearest hospital! ;-)
I wonder if they didn't realize it was poo when they had the picture taken, then quickly discarded it when they realized how goofy it really was? haha.

haha. It's from one of those photo booths that are literally EVERYWHERE in Asia. After you get the picture taken you can animate it however you want. The colors, the cheesiness...definitely something that you'd see around here. :)
yeah, it's one of those sticker picture machines. These tend to be really small so lost easily :) Hey, poop can be really cute too! (personally believe that's why they used it :P) Sticker pic machines usually make you take 3 pictures in a row so you have to be creative with your expressions! I wish they had sticker picture machines here :)

In Japan, there's a cartoon character named "unchi-kun" (literally "mister poop"), a piece of talking excrement that pops up out of a toilet bowl to say funny things. While this is not clearly this character, it appears that this product is meant to capitalize on the popularity of that character.
Why is the baby saying "NOOOOO!"
They remind me of those little kids who think that showing their teeth equates to smiling for a picture.

I love this. I love it so much. It's like they are being electrocuted by poo and the baby is crying the biggest tear he could muster. Priceless.
This is probably one of my favorite finds. I mean seriously... who steps into a photo booth and takes a picture with a poo hat?? Their faces just crack me up!! And that's probably the BEST caption I've seen so far!!
I don't understand the Japanese obsession with bright colors and English words, whatever the words may mean. Then again, they probably don't understand Americans' obsession with food and reality tv.

Mm. They didn't go in with poo hats. I'm pretty sure they chose what things they wanted to add to the photo, and they put the poo hats on there. Granted, why they chose poo hats, I have no idea. XD;

First of all, this is my favourite find so far. I have not seen one yet that has made me laugh harder. I want to take a photo in this booth! I've seen some random stickerbooths, but none so far with poos. I love how the girl on the right looks petrified and the girl on the left looks like she's about to kick the ass of anyone who dislikes her bitchin' necklace and radical hat.
LOL. everytime i read the first sentence that Jimmy wrote i just crack up. That is one of the funniest things i have ever seen.

this is from one of the photobooths you can find anywhere in japan. they're called purikura. i have a sheet of purikura pictures of me and a friend, they're really tiny and can be lost rather easily. you can decorate them with odd graphics, such as those little guys that resemble poop. mine has adorable sea creatures all over it.
there is nothing like starting your Friday with a good potty find.
Sanrio stores, found in many shopping malls, often have these photo/sticker machines.
This is hilarious. However, since this was taken in Asia, they may really wish they hadn't lost this picture. They could be best friends and one had to move to the US, the other staying in Asia.

Perhaps the faces are grimaces as they seem to be surrounded by poo. I'd imagine it would have a rather odd smell.
