We collect FOUND stuff: love letters, birthday cards, kids' homework,
to-do lists, ticket stubs, poetry on napkins, telephone bills, doodles -
anything that gives a glimpse into someone
else's life. Anything goes...
Wait a minute...he dropped off the package AND his head!?!
What a nice, honest mailman! Im sure most would've ran!
i think this is such a sweet letter. the poor guy. his big head has probably caused him problems his whole life. poor ed
I've come across this find several times on this site. It makes me laugh out loud every time I read it!
This is great!! Ed is a good guy. I wish there was more Ed's around. Please if you do find his head, send it back to him.
Ed is a sweetie. Let him off easy.
First time on this site...I laughed out loud at Ed's big head. I am now on a mission to "find".
Ed is a good guy!I sure hope M/M Harvey didn't screw him on the cost of the light fixture,it was probably too low in the first place.I hope Ed has someone to kiss it and make it all better.

Most men experience more grief from their little head than their big head.
Love it! I also think Ed is a sweetheart. It makes me wonder how hard that postal test is after all.
Aww, that's cute! :)
Aww. I wish they were all as honest as Big Head Ed.
i love the image of his big head! made me laugh outloud! bless him!
my favorite thing ever. it makes me laugh every time. seriously. good pick me up.
oh, honest ed. how i love you.
why do you all think his name's ed????
Because it says... "My name is Ed."
my name is Ed, but I will forever be,
Mailman
He's lying. I saw him smash the light with the package. He was in a drunken rage, again.
this is my absolute favorite find ever. what an honest, people-loving man, with a sense of humor too. i wish i knew Ed the Mailman.
Maybe someone else did it and is trying to pin it on the innocent mailman.
This made me giggle. Ed is a sweetie, I hope they did not make him pay for the light
I love with caption that went along with this. And Big Head Ed sounds like a wonderful man.
This further proves my theory that big headed mailmen are the salt of the earth
I like how he just randomly tells you his name in the middle of the note and signs it mailman, instead of the other way around.
"Big Head Ed the Mailman" Heh heh..
This is just charming, love it!
I wish my mailman was Ed.

He only told part of the story! Obviously, he was trying to drop off his head, but when he broke the light fixture he was so flustered he only left the "H;" since then he's been carrying around the resulting appellation, "Ed," in secret shame.
Cute note, although I won't lie, I started laughing when I read it, because it reminded me of Rocco's Modern Life.
...the neighbor's name is Ed Bighead. Sorry, I'm finished now. :)
Thats awesome, props for owning up to it Mailman Guy.
