We collect FOUND stuff: love letters, birthday cards, kids' homework,
to-do lists, ticket stubs, poetry on napkins, telephone bills, doodles -
anything that gives a glimpse into someone
else's life. Anything goes...
I wonder what made the writer switch from "I'm not crazy" to "I'm crazy" halfway through?
Oh yeah... He was crazy.
Is it just me, or are the very light facial features drawn back on to the scratched-out part?
this is so great. good job on the find!
creepyyy!!
"I am not crazy. My photoprinter deletes faces. I am not crazy. It's possessed and sucks their souls away. I am not crazy."
The first step is admitting you have a problem. Or maybe the first step is scratching out the faces of your enemies... either way.
Okay, this is probably the most disturbing find I've seen yet. This is so sincerely creepy as fuck. Dear god, I hope that woman is okay.
That is just . . . excuse me, I'll be over there trying to coax my skin out of the corner where it CRAWLED IN TERROR.
I think the woman on the photo wrote it herself, scratching out her own face in desperation...Or just in annoyance.
Anyway, this is why I subscribe to this website! Fascinating find, so much better than bored high school scribbles (although those are entertaining, too).
Woah. This is really creepy. And sad, as well. Found under a bridge? The bridge she jumped off? I hope she's okay.
Oof. Been there.
Not a felicitous find; seems like a do-it-yourself Stalker Kit. *Shudder*
Uhhhhh... yes, yes you are.
As far as Finds go, this is the best in a while. (creepy, yes, but awesomely so.) Three cheers for James F and his masterfully created Finder's Blurb.
Awesome!
So someone's having issues with Instant Messaging. (not an apostrophe in sight, so I have to believe that "im not crazy" and "im crazy" means the writer's instant messaging software either has or has not gone crazy)
The last line of the note speaks volumes, though: HELP
Blaze in KC nailed it. Ditto the entire post.
Hmm, vat ve have here is in my professional opinion a classic case of....KUR-RRRRAZY!!!!
Yikes.
I'm with Blaze: creepy and ohmygosh!! Makes me feel crazy just looking at it.
Disturbing. Creepy. Scary. It belongs on the wall in an art museum.
@Blaze, did you get your skin back? Great image! Creepy.
Picture looks like a school picture of a teacher. My guess is that the teacher called a student crazy, and (s)he started trying to defend herself but then came to agree with her.
This is the most disturbing thing I've seen on Found. The "I am not crazy"s were interesting enough, but then scrolling down to the half-torn HELP and the picture put it over the top.
But, *what* did they buy at Radio Shak? That's the real question.
I guess I'm the only one with "Institutionalized" by Suicidal Tendencies stuck in my head?
I'm not creeped out by this. It looks like an intentional art piece. That paper clip is just too shiny. The "help" is just too perfectly cut off. I'm calling bullshit.
no, not crazy at all. the voices in your head would tell you if you were crazy, They never lie...
this person will end up in non-voluntary psychiatric care sooner then later. (and hopefully before (s)he does bad thing to the person in that picture)
@brain problem; they bought the $99.99 electric self lobotomy tool, guaranteed to stop the CIA from beaming their commands into your brain or your money back

Tien has been reading vanity cards from old episodes of Dharma and Greg.
Fake. Please, people. So obviously done for the benefit of the finder, or simply created by the "finder."
I'm not crazy, I'm just a little unwell....
I thought Tien was watching one of my favorite movies.
Ma-mama, weer all crazee now!!
Nice to see some serial killer documenting their break with reality and going right into <<HELP>> mode...
Here's what I want to now -
Above the "HELP" and after the last "im crazy" what is the
"I'm ut"
that is covered by the photo of [the
ex-girlfriend now possibly in a shallow grave somewhere in New Mexico....]

Somehow this reminds me of the portrait Branwell Bronte painted of himself and his 3 sisters...he was originally the central figure in the painting (of course) but then he painted himself out in a fit of self-hatred, substituting a "column" for his own figure. Which of course is central to the piece and draws more attention than his own face would have done, since he was the only unpublished Bronte sibling.
I'm crazy for tryin' and crazy for cryin' and I'm crazy for lovin' you-
i'm sad for the lady.
it's sad if someone wrote this and then did that to her picture; it's even more sad if she wrote this and did it to her own picture.
gives me chills.
Nope! Not crazy at all! <nervous laugh> You're just fine! <attempted smile> Hey look at the time! Gotta go! <run like hell>
I met my old lover
On the street last night
She seemed so glad to see me
I just smiled
And we talked about some old times
And we drank ourselves some beers
Still crazy after all these years
Oh, still crazy after all these years
I'm not the kind of man
Who tends to socialize
I seem to lean on
Old familiar ways
And I ain't no fool for love songs
That whisper in my ears
Still crazy after all these years
Oh, still crazy after all these years
Four in the morning
Crapped out, yawning
Longing my life a--way
Ill never worry
Why should i?
Its all gonna fade
Now I sit by my window
And I watch the cars
I fear I'll do some damage
One fine day
But I would not be convicted
By a jury of my peers
Still crazy after all these years
Oh, still crazy
Still crazy
Still crazy after all these years
this is disturbing. I hope that both the writer and the woman in the picture are ok, but i fear that they're not.
this is so sad. i believe that the person in the picture was so determined to not be crazy that she drove her self crazy. that she ruined her face in the picture as her soul was now tattered and scared from the realization that she needed help but didn't know where to get it. my hope is that she is still alive and that she did find the help that she desperately needed. though as she too probably realizes what we want to be true rarely is....sigh....yes this is creepy gave me chills but there is a story. Maybe none of us are right about what it is and maybe we all are cause that's life but hers not ours. good find
In my professional opinion (having seen exactly one episode of Dr Phil), I am forced to diagnose the writer with an acute case of C.A.S.
Crazy As Shit.
My own Aunt* suffers the same affliction. Good luck, Writer. If you find yourself in Nowata, OK- look up Aunt Karen.
*by marriage
I wonder what James F. was doing under the bridge?
Am I the only one who found this funny? My first thought was that this was someone's attempt to mimic what they saw in The Grudge, or some other "horror" film whose name I can't quite recall. Huh.
But if I take it seriously then yes, indeed it is creepy.
so creepy. could be out of The X-Files. i love this found!! gives me shivers but in a good way.
Hiplainsdrifter,
I'm out of here
Help
I think that is what the last part says, before help,
"I'm utterly bat shit.. HFIP"
I could not sleep after I saw this last night. The writing was bad enough but then the photo! Ahhh so terrifying!
BWAHAHAHAHAHA.
I could so get along with this person.
lol @ the people saying "all work and no play makes jack a dull boy"
The Shining was fullll of crazy.
Kind of seems like someone did not like her face...
@Night in gale: Waiting for the Three Billy Goats Gruff. Those goats, with all their "Trip-Trap-Trip-Trap" is driving James crazy.
Is it just me or are design students faking these "finds"?
Love the site but some of them are just a bit suss to be true.
no Beer no TV make Homer go crazy

this is creepy but cool at the same time. I'd love to find something like this.
I'm with Art here - definitely fake. Lines of text too straight, plea for help at the end. Design Student work - looking for a grade.
Noddy, as someone else already pointed out, it is Slade.
Hey, is this that crazy guy who lives under the bridge? That place is freaky
