We collect FOUND stuff: love letters, birthday cards, kids' homework,
to-do lists, ticket stubs, poetry on napkins, telephone bills, doodles -
anything that gives a glimpse into someone
else's life. Anything goes...
ELL WAY OKEN SPAY !!!!
its a bit sad how I understand what that says but I can't understand James' comment. XD
It says "Well Spoken"
I've been to Fort Wayne before, it surprises me that the author even knew how to write (although it was taken from the library)..
Note it took two tries to get the spelling right on the fourth word; Fort Wayne is still no literary mecca.
haaaaaaaaaaaa.
i love this.
I just may...
It's called pig latin. It's usually used by tweeny-bopper girls who dont want younger ears to understand their language. I dont live in Fort Wayne, but what a blanket statement from Jeff and Heidi.
It says "fuck you" idiots.
Thanks Brittany,
we were all so lost without you.
I laughed so hard at Brit in CA that I peed a little.
The final word of this hateful message is "yay."
hah
cute.
I laughed a lot harder at Alle in alabama. Do we really need Brittany's superiority involved in this.
haha
i live in fort wayne and it is stupid!
i like the whole brittany/alle thing too, that was funny!
atThay isay unnyfay, Iay ovelay itay! I used to always write and speak igpay atinlay with all my freinds. Seeing this find brings back lots of old memories.
YAY piglatin!
haha this just made my day!
In my book there is a kid who only speaks Igpay Atinlay, his name is AlvinCay, this reminds me of him, Iyay amay oingay otay avehay ayay olewhay apterchay inay Igpay Atinlay.
sorry marina, but that sounds awfully gimicky.
maybe its, really some kind of German way to say, pass the schnitzel ?
just a thought
haha it-yay ade-may y-may ay-day oo-tay!!
and marina i think that's a cute idea.
ah-yay, ig-pay atin-lay. I-yay aven't-hay oken-spay at-that in-yay a-yay ile-whay...
Buahahahahah, I love it!
Marina, don't write a whole chapter of a book in pig latin- that would be terribly annoying. After the first paragraph the reader will want to move on.
I need one of these
Marina, I think the pig latin chapter would be way too much. It's not that easy to read, really...much better as a spoken language.
Actually, Fort Wayne has the second biggest genealogy department in the world and our downtown library is one of the best 10 in the United States...
I'm from the Fort, and this made my day.
I only ever knew the Spanish version of piglatin growing up (since I only spoke, *dun dun* Spanish, and not English!), but I have since forgotten it...
I should re-learn!
