Comfort or Discomfort
FOUND by Toni Bailie in Ashland, Oregon
I found this inside a Deepak Chopra book. It's written on the back of a yellow color chip. The names of the colors "Translucence" and "Afternoon Delight" seem to fit well with the spiritual "to do" list.

A "color chip"?

You know, when you go to the paint store and pick up those little cards with color samples on them? That's a color chip.

Because the color chip does not have the name of the color, color number, paint mix formula and/or manufacturer name on the back it is from a retail store for the public and not from a color chip box for interior designers, contractors, homebuilders, etc. It is not a wholesale paint chip but instead a retail paint chip. I guess someone was repainting the house?

These are the teachings of Buddha, perhaps someone making notes on the religion?

A good list to bear in mind, whose-ever teachings they may be. Especially considering the consequences of choices, for self as well as others! I think I'll copy this down...

Katie“s Mind Is in the gutter
I like the fact that someone wrote a to-DO list on the back of a paint chip for AFTERNOON DELIGHT. ::naughty giggle::

Silence, meditation, and non-judgment- difficult states to achieve in today's fast paced world of constant chatter. I hope that whoever wrote the note has been able to find that quiet place within their heart, and make those difficult choices.

Wow. At first glance that looked exactly like my ex's handwriting. Then I realized he would never have written those words.

You guys don't pay attention. The person clearly stated that they found this in a Deepak Chopra book.

You could tell when reading the list that they were reading a spiritual book. At least I could, because I have been reading a spiritual book. I wish I had been keeping a list.
