I really want to know why this man is making such a face. What is going on around him, I wonder?
I love this! He looks like a relative of mine...could be actually...but I'm most glad to see that he's wearing his seatbelt.

For some reason my cousin ALWAYS makes that face when someone takes his picture. I once asked him why...he said it makes pictures more interesting...I guess this is a case and point right here.

Actually, all kidding aside, mental hospitals do snap a quick polaroid of patients upon intake usually, to put in their file. Perhaps this guy refused to get out and they were so flustered that they decided to snap his picture in the car, while the therapist, with her coffee in hand, sat in the back seat attempting to coax him out.
Is this just me? I find this picture creepy. Reminds me of the demons in the back seat of the car in the movie "Jacob's Ladder." Shudder...
