Prosthetic Boob

I found this gem along the sidewalk near work. I haven't stopped scratching my head ever since. It's not the fact that a prosthetic boob was sitting on the sidewalk, but that a prosthetic boob with HAIR was sitting on the sidewalk. Why the hair? And yes, it's the real deal, not some cheap, knock-off boob. I've asked numerous friends and family members if they have any insight into why a female breast might have hair on it, but no answer seems available.
