Dog?

I work at CiCi's Pizza, which is a buffet restaurant. While I was working recently, I found a notebook lying on the ground underneath one of the booth tables. This was one of the pages from the notebook. It's... some sort of... dog.. type thing. I thought it was adorable. Why didn't Mommy put this on the refrigerator?
