Messages in the Night

If you live near Tampa, you have received these. There's a religious nut who goes around town very late at night, randomly depositing these tightly folded messages on people's front lawns. If it's raining that night, they all arrive wrapped in tin foil. This guy also distributes CDs wrapped in saran wrap, which consist of religious/pop culture/delusional ramblings with bits of music by Evie (a Scandinavian christian pop singer from the 1970s) spliced in. I have copies of two CDs that were found about 30 miles and 5 years apart from each other if you would like to hear them. They are quite good.
