Up to Your Liking

During a stop at the Union Stock Yard gate on the south side, I came across this little yellow sticky in front of the historic (c.1872) gate. Through this entryway once passed the people and livestock that made Carl Sandburg dub Chicago the "hog butcher to the world." Up to your liking? I'd say so.
