I Apologize

I found this note on the ground a few brownstones down on my street. Maybe it fell out of someone's car. There's no signature, so I'm not sure if it's a legally binding document or not.
Incidentally, just moments before I found this I was thinking, "Why haven't I found anything good to send in to Found Magazine?" And presto! A note!
