This pic makes me sad for some reason too.

I am imagining it's an elementary school teacher, circa 1940's or 1950's. She got dressed up for Halloween with the rest of her kids, and really this is the only costume she could find, but it doesnt really matter how good your costume looks, how much money you spent on it....it's…  more»

this looks just like where I grew up, in Southern New Mexico.
Everything from the greasewood bushes, to the color of the dirt...and the mountains in the background could easily be the Sacramentos or San Andres mountians.…  more»
