I think you got one part wrong in your translation. "We have to call the towing service in the future." should actually be "If you park here again, and someone has it towed, I will gladly pay your towing fees."  more»

I got it - the dancer was drinking coffee in a very artsy way, to make some kind of political statement about the plight of animals in the zoo, when the writer came into the room unexpectedly, sporting a cut up and swollen arm, which startled the dancer, causing the coffee cup to fly out of the dancer's hand, hitting our writer in the face.
